HandyQuote is developed by Outfield Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the HandyQuote mobile application.
Data we collect
- Email address — used for account creation and login
- Quote data you create — clients, items, prices, notes, and statuses
- Profile information — name, logo, preferences, and business settings
We do not collect location data, contacts, or any device information beyond what is necessary to run the app.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the HandyQuote service. Specifically:
- To authenticate your account and keep your session active
- To store and sync your quotes and business data across devices
- To generate PDF documents on your behalf
We do not sell, share, rent, or use your data for advertising or marketing purposes of any kind.
Data storage & security
All data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies — each user can only access their own data.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com)
No other third-party services receive your personal data. PDFs are generated locally on your device.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
HandyQuote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
